If you request a free resource (a "kit") or subscribe, I collect your email address and, optionally, your first name. That's it. The purpose is to deliver the resource you asked for and to send occasional, related emails about AI and leadership.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. I use double opt-in: you'll get a confirmation email, and you are only added once you click to confirm. No confirmation, no list.
Emails are stored and sent through Acumbamail (an EU email provider, based in Spain), acting as my data processor under a GDPR-compliant agreement. I do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their marketing. Data is kept only while you stay subscribed, and removed on request or after prolonged inactivity.
To exercise any of these, email hello@drnicholasgeorge.com and I'll action it within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
